Refund and Returns Policy

All refund requests are subject to the following conditions in addition to the specific policy outlined for each product.

Given the unique nature of digital products, which cannot be physically “returned,” certain requirements must be met to qualify for a refund. We strongly encourage purchasers to apply their best effort before reaching a decision.

Please note that refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Change of mind post-purchase or a decision not to proceed after reviewing the materials.
  2. No refunds will be provided for misconceptions regarding the product format (hardcover or softcover). The sales pages clearly state and demonstrate that these are not physical books, and refunds cannot be offered in such cases.

If, within 30 days of purchase, you find yourself unsatisfied with the program, you may be eligible for a refund.

To qualify for a full refund, you must demonstrate a sincere effort in applying the knowledge acquired. We retain the right to assess your request and make a decision accordingly.

Refund requests will not be entertained beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
